Upcoming meetups
We meet roughly once a month — potlucks, show-and-tell, and the occasional outing to the park for harness-trained birds. Space is limited at some events, so an RSVP through the Facebook group or contact form helps us plan.
Fall Potluck & Show-and-Tell
Bring a dish to share and your bird if they're comfortable meeting new people — no pressure to bring anyone who'd rather stay home that day. We'll do show-and-tell after lunch, so bring a trick or a favorite toy if your bird's got one.

An outdoor meetup for birds who are harness or carrier trained. If your bird isn't harness trained yet, bring them along in a travel cage to watch — several of our regulars started that way.

A local avian vet joins us to answer questions about nutrition, behavior, and when something's actually worth a vet visit. People only for this one — leave the birds home.

Bring basic supplies if you have them — skewers, palm leaf, natural rope — and we'll build foraging toys together. A few extra kits will be on hand for anyone who forgets or is starting from scratch.

RSVPing
Not required everywhere, but it matters most for meetups held in someone's home or with limited seating — those are marked above. The contact page or the Facebook group both work.
Bringing your bird
Most meetups welcome birds; a few are people-only or require harness training, and those are noted on each listing. When in doubt, ask in the Facebook group before you head out.
Meetup times and locations sometimes shift on short notice — the Facebook group is the fastest way to stay current.
